MeTech® Device 1 Year Warranty
Your new MeTech® device is covered by a 1 year warranty, which gives you specific legal rights as covered below:
Products covered by this Warranty
This Warranty extends to device that purchased from Me PRO. This Warranty does not cover your device if you use it in a manner incompatible with the intended use.
Who this Warranty extends to
This Warranty extends to the original purchaser of any MeTech® device who is located in Malaysia. All Malaysian warranties, are valid only for the period of time the device is owned by the original purchaser. The "original purchaser", for the purposes of this Warranty, is the first purchaser of the device from Me Pro. Please retain a copy of your receipt as a proof of purchase. All Me Pro warranties are non-transferrable.
Warranty and responsibilities
Me PRO warrants the device in its original packaging sold to you against the defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the time your device is purchased, when the device is used normally for its intended purposes.
What this Warranty covers
This Warranty applies to Defects due to faulty workmanship or materials, subject to the limitations described in this Warranty. This Warranty does not cover the following:
- Normal wear and tear, including components subject to gradual deterioration (e.g., fuses, brush bars, batteries, etc.).
- Incidental damage
- Damage due to improper use
- Damage stemming from failure to perform recommended appliance maintenance.
- Damage caused by external factors such as transit, weather, power outages, or voltage spikes.
- Failures resulting from circumstances beyond Me Pro’s control.
- Faults caused by:
- Negligent, reckless, or improper device use.
- Use of the device not in line with the Operating Manual.
- Using the device for purposes other than normal domestic use in the country of purchase.
- Utilization of parts not assembled or installed following MeTech® instructions.
- Use of non-MeTech® Genuine Components for parts and accessories.
- Incorrect assembly or installation (unless performed by MeTech®).
- Repairs or modifications conducted by parties other than MeTech® or its authorized agents.
Your responsibilities
In the event of a Defect and in order to get the benefits of this Warranty, you must return your device and provide us with proof of purchase.
