1. Power On:
| CA8 | Push the On/Off button on the device to turn it on. |
| CA10 | Press and hold the On/Off button for 3 seconds to power the device. |
2. Adjust Modes:
Push/press the On/Off button again to set your desired mode of heat. The device offers 3 modes (ranging from 1 to 3). The mode indicator is displayed on the device to show your current selection.
3. Positioning:
Sit comfortably and position the device to blow onto the targeted areas. For optimal results, focus on acupuncture points, lymphatic nodes, main meridian lines, and pain points to promote wellness.
4. Duration:
It is recommended to use the device for 45 minutes per session.
5. Session Progress:
• As the session begins, the device will emit waves that penetrate deeply into your cells, improving circulation and revitalizing cellular activity.
• You may experience a feeling of warmth during the process.
6. End of Session:

• Unplug the power after use for both models.
