Eligibility for Returns:

All products sold are NOT RETURN AND REFUNDABLE.
Products are eligible for return if quality defects or received incorrect items / missing items / damaged during delivery.
Display unit and clearance goods are strictly not return and refundable. You are required to make a complete inspection to assess the item before purchasing.

Conditions of Returns:

Defects / damaged products are eligible for return within 7 days from the date of receiving your products.
Defects / damaged items will replace with the same items (subject to stock availability).
Products must be in their original condition with all tags and packaging included free gifts / vouchers attached.
Original receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Visual proof (picture/video) of the defects / damaged items are required.
