1. Power On:
Press the Power On/Off button on the back of the device. The display and power indicator will light up, and the device will enter standby mode.
2. Set Duration:
The default session time is 30 minutes. Press the Start button to begin. Time is adjustable if needed.
3. Adjust Intensity:
Use the Intensity+ or Intensity- buttons to set the strength level from 0 to 20. Beginners should start at level 6-8 and adjust based on comfort.
4. Position Yourself:
Sit comfortably and place both feet on the pedals, pressing them tightly. Ensure your legs don't touch each other during the session.
5. Experience the Treatment:
• First 5 minutes: Gentle pulse waves and terahertz stimulation begin.
• 10 minutes: Blood purification and detoxification start.
• 15 minutes: Improved circulation and removal of blockages.
6. End of Session:
The device will automatically stop after 30 minutes. The fan will shut down after a 3-minute delay. Turn off the power switch after use.
